National Health Mission issues Japanese Encephalitis data

According to data published by NHM, Assam registered one death on July 30, 2022 (Saturday)

Being the pioneer institution dedicated to serve the health sector of the country, the Assam chapter of the National Health Mission has issued the latest data regarding the number of Japanese Encephalitis cases in Assam. As per the data published by NHM, Assam on July 30, 2022, the state currently has 8 cases of Japanese Encephalitis. One case each was reported from Bongaigaon, Udalguri, Charaideo, Baksa and Morigaon. Three cases were reported from Barpeta. One death has been reported from Chirang on July 30, 2022.
According to the NHM Assam data, the cumulative total Japanese Encephalitis in this season (July onwards) till July 30, 2022, is 309.
According to the NHM Assam data, the cumulative total Japanese Encephalitis in this season (July onwards) till July 30, 2022, is 309. Similarly the cumulative JE deaths reported in this season (July onwards) till July 30, 2022 is 48.
