AYUSH department has included Kitchen Ayurveda in AYUSH Kavach App

Ayurveda has been one of the most trusted way of treatment since the ancient ages. It is equally important as allopathy, neuropathy, Unani and the other genres. It is seen that even in the age of technology people trust home remedy or any kind of basic treatment with the plants and herbs available at their homes or nearby.
With an aim to promote a healthier tomorrow to the nation, "KITCHEN AYURVEDA" has been included in the AYUSH Kavach app. The AYUSH Kavach app was launched by the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath on May 5, 2020, with an aim to protect the self from Covid 19 through means of Ayurveda. 
The AYUSH department will be using this app to create awareness among the people regarding the benefits of the common Ayurvedic components like turmeric, ajwain, cloves nutmeg which are easily available in every household. This app will even feature videos by renowned scholars and Ayurveda gurus.
Ayurveda guru, Dr Vandana Pathak said that the informative video will help people to deal with health issues like acidity, menstruation, diabetes through some home remedy techniques.
The officer-in-charge of the Department of AYUSH said that this app will be extremely beneficial in providing tips to stay away from any kind of cold, flu or related issues.

As per experts, Ayurveda is that ancient practice that has the solution to every health-related problem.
The app broke all its previous records by gaining over 20 lakh subscribers currently.
