Sedentary lifestyles have significantly increased the incidence of recurring lower back pain. The key to avoiding this problem is to sit upright with your back. However, we often forget to pay heed to the way we sit at our desks.
To avoid back pain do the following remedies:
Limit Your Screen Time: If you want to get rid of back pain, avoid spending time in front of the screen. Studies have suggested that a person who spends more time in front of a screen (this would include everything from watching TV to working on a laptop to playing video games) are more susceptible to developing back pain.

Improve Your Work Center: This hack is especially useful for adults who do a desk job at their workplace. You need to adjust your headrest, chair and desk at your convenience so that your back posture is straight while working. By practicing proper ergonomics, you need to keep your computer screen at least 20 inches away from your eye level.

Sleeping position: We all sleep in different postures, some hug their pillows, while some sleep in a strange curve posture that can cause pain in their lower back as soon as they wake up the next day. At bedtime, your spine should align well so that you wake up in the morning feeling fresh and active. For this, make sure that your mattress is neither too stiff nor too bloated.
Movement: Sitting for long hours at a desk can make your back stiff and painful. The easiest way to prevent this harsh situation is to make sure that you keep getting up and moving from time to time. For example, when you go to another floor for lunch or in your office, take the stairs instead of the lift.
