A few steps are to be followed to download this app. First, visit the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and search for the 'Fit India app' and simply start the functioning of the app.
Fit Northeast approached Mrs Aikon Choudhary, who has been a swimming coach for over the last 20 years, to know about what she feels about this app. Mrs Choudhary said, "It is a very good initiative. The best thing is that this app will be available on the mobile itself. In the present day, we all are very attached to our mobiles and if it helps in making us fit, it will be great. Now it completely depends on the people how seriously they use it".
