E-educational platform launched in Guwahati

E-educational platform to have local language and will cover several educational boards within it

With an aim to provide a new horizon to the educational scenario in the Northeastern states, a new electronic educational platform was launched in Guwahati on Sunday. The name of the E-educational platform is Gyansota.
Renowned Assamese actor Nipon Goswami launched the app followed by the launch of its logo and name by actress Nishita Goswami. The Gyansota website was also inaugurated at the event.
www.gyansrota.in and www.gyansrota.com are the websites of the Gyansrota platform. The main aim of this platform is to provide education to the masses and students at a nominal charge. 
The E-Learning portal has been made ready to serve the students of classes IX and X along with the inclusion of courses for classes XI and XII of Science stream in the English language.
Initially, the study material on the platform will be available in nine languages.

During the launch, it was highlighted that Assam is the only state where 4 different languages are used to promote education and all those 4 languages are used modes of writing in the board exams even.
Gyansrota, which has started operating since yesterday, will have the languages Assamese, Bodo and English. The E-Learning portal has been made ready to serve the students of classes IX and X along with the inclusion of courses for classes XI and XII of Science stream in the English language. It is estimated that by 2022, this platform will include the six educational boards across India.
