Downtown hospital gets a new operation theatre

The newly inaugurated modern Glass Panel Modular Orthopedic Operation Theatre Complex is expected to be very beneficial for all.

Downtown hospital, Guwahati  has come up with a New modern Glass Panel Modular Orthopedic Operation Theatre Complex, a first of its kind in Assam with dedicated Trauma and joint Replacement OTs and sophisticated OT table (MAQUET, Germany) and High-end XLED lights (from Steris, France). The OT is supported by Ultramodern 4K video Arthroscopy from Arthrex, Germany. The OT was built keeping into consideration the guidelines of N ABH & ASHRAE.
February 2 marks the birthday of Dr Naren Dutta, the Chairman and Managing Director of the Down Town hospital and this year, this prestigious hospital completed 33 successful years.
To mark the special occasion, this date has been chosen to inaugurate the special operation theatre.
Present at the inaugural programme were Dr Naren Dutta along with Dr B.K. Gogoi, Prof. Bandana Dutta, Dr Nilav Jyoti Chowdhury Dr Iran Bharali (Director of downtown
Institute of Orthopaedics and Joint Replacement) with the entire staff of the hospital.

Addressing the people in the auditorium, Dr Iran Bharali presented a PowerPoint presentation to the audience.
