Started 6 years ago, this NGO works mainly for women empowerment, apart from various social causes

Every year 5 June is observed as World Environment Day. The theme for World Environment Day 2022 is "#OnlyOneEarth". 'Only One Earth' was also the theme in 1974 when the day was celebrated for the first time. On this day several organizations organized various programs to create awareness among the masses.
The Divine Beam Charitable Foundation (DiBe) organized an awareness programme on environment for children at Shisu Mangal Kendra (home for young boys), Noonmati, Guwahati. The programme started with a drawing competition with the topic "Save Environment". Thereafter, the message for saving the environment was addressed by Major Meghna Ahlawat (Retd), Founder of the NGO and an Astrologer by profession. She emphasized that it is our responsibility to hand over Earth in a healthier form to our coming generation. "Let us work together to make it a better place", she said.
