Crash Course programs to enhance skills of Covid workers
In order to give a better future to the present day Covid workers, new schemes and training programs are being introduced
Intending to skill and upskill over one lakh "Covid Warriors" across the country, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be launching a customized crash course programme.
The program will be launched on June 18 at 11 AM through video conferencing.
The training will be promoted under six customized job roles like home care support, emergency care support, primary care support, advanced care support, sample collection and medical equipment support.
The launch will commence the programs in 111 training centres spread over 26 states.

Soon after the launch, Modi will be addressing the people. Modi will be accompanied by the Union Minister of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
The training will be promoted under six customized job roles like home care support, emergency care support, primary care support, advanced care support, sample collection and medical equipment support. These programs have been designed under the central component of the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana 3.0, having a total financial outlay of Rs 276 Crore.
