She gained appreciation for her services at The Sentinel newspaper and went on to touch the lives of thousands of people all over the country in her chosen vocation as a coach and personal development trainer. She has to her credit a total of twenty years of professional experience rendered in Guwahati and other cities. She is a Certified Relationship Coach and Certified Management Coach, International Coach Federation & An alumnus of Symbiosis Coaching, Massachusetts, USA, along with being affiliated to the Certified Coaches Alliance.

Pradeep Kumar Behera is the Editor of Arunachal Observer and a prominent columnist with various magazines and periodicals. Mr Behera also anchors various programmes of Itanagar DDK and AIR, besides official correspondent of PTI. He was instrumental in bringing out the first newspaper of Arunachal Pradesh - Echo of Arunachal - on 20th February 1987 and is an active champion of various social causes specific to the North-Eastern region.

Robin Hibu, the 1993 batch of AGMUT cadre first IPS officer of Arunachal Pradesh, was instrumental in setting up of NGO 'Helping Hands' to help North East people in distress either working or studying across India. Though he was awarded the Espirit De Corp medal during the combined foundation course as the best trainee and went on creating one after milestones to be a very highly decorated officer and global role model and now serving as Special Commissioner of Delhi Police.
